How should I make an appointment?

Why should I make an appointment?

Annual physical examinations can detect problems early when successful treatments are often more likely.

One of our highly qualified doctors will check the health of your pet from head to tail and discuss treatment recommendations.  We know you will be very happy you came to Horton Animal Hospital-Forum for care.

What should I bring?

Please bring your pet's medical history (vaccinations, illnesses, medications, surgeries) with you.

We encourage you to keep a journal of your pet's health throughout his or her life, including behavioral shifts.  Please share any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your pet at each appointment.

Anything else I should know?

In some circumstances, our veterinarians may refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise in a particular field. At Horton Animal Hospital-Forum we work closely with the University of Missouri's Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital to provide the best care for your pet 24 hours a day.
